The application offers a cloud service allowing users to automatically send single or multiple group messages (e-mails and SMS/MMS). Once messages are scheduled, our automated process will send them at the specified time without human intervention.

We have designed the product to function as a robot-like message assistant. All scheduled emails and texts are dispatched from our company's cloud email address and cloud number. The application can serve as an uncomplicated and cost-effective solution for various purposes. For businesses utilizing enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, Project Management, Fleet Management, phone/email/walkie-talkie systems, production signaling platforms, workflow management, and similar tools—our aim is to offer a lightweight and supplemental method to enhance team communication.

The features include:

• Broadcasting reminder messages for meetings, conferences, events, and other business activities to customers, partners, or colleagues
• Broadcasting advertisements or marketing information to potential customers at suitable times
• Providing timely instructions or notices at work, such as scheduling messages for vehicle drivers in fleet management, milestone or deliverable updates in project management, payment notifications in supply chain management
• Team messaging for distributed or outdoor workers like drivers, plumbers, loggers, railway workers, security guards
• Payment reminders for rent, bills, invoices, and more
• Group notices for various purposes like religious organizations, schools, voting calls, parties

We acknowledge the unique characteristics of business communications and offer the following features:

• Enterprise-level delivery quality for group emails and texts with high reach rates and minimal message content distortion (for images)
• Ability for scheduled tasks to run even if the device is turned off
• Strict adherence to security regulations and rules for information protection
• Ability to group both email addresses and phone numbers with the same message content scheduled for automatic sending
• No limitations on email text length; up to 10 images can be attached per email
• Unlimited cloud storage for sent content
• Pre-created and customizable message templates

To support the cloud service which processes and stores auto-sent message content and contacts, there are in-app purchases available for scheduled text messages.

We also offer Standard Subscriptions that provide additional services and features starting from $0.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends (30 days). The payment is charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours of the current period's end. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal via the user's Account Settings post-purchase; however, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

1. All scheduled emails and texts are dispatched from our company’s cloud email address and cloud number.
2. There is a text message length limit in bytes—each alphabetical or numerical character consumes one byte, while using other charset may consume more credits due to potentially multiple bytes per character.
